(30. 3. 2016, Prague) The Dvořák Prague International Music Festival has unveiled the program and begun selling tickets for the upcoming season. Dedicated to commemorating the legacy of the musical genius of Czech composer Antonín Dvořák, this year's ninth edition of the event held during 5 to 24 September 2016 will feature leading orchestras and soloists from the Czech Republic as well as top-class ensembles and renowned musicians from abroad.

The Dvořák Prague Festival Announces Its Offerings, Enticing Audiences with World-Renowned Orchestras and Soloists Headed by Yo-Yo Ma

(26. 3. 2015, Prague) Today, the Dvořák Prague Festival published the program and launched presale of the tickets. Appearing on its concert stages from 7 to 23 September will be acclaimed ensembles like the Philharmonia Orchestra of London under Christoph von Dohnányi, the Academy of St Martin in the Fields, the Tonhalle Orchestra of Zürich, and the Freiburg Baroque Orchestra.

Jiří Bělohlávek was awarded Antonín Dvořák Prize 2014 at Carnegie Hall

(18. 11. 2014, New York) An internationally acclaimed conductor and advocate of Czech music, Jiří Bělohlávek, accepted the prestigious Antonín Dvořák Prize on 16 November at a festive event in New York’s Carnegie Hall.
