Conducting achievements of Julian Rachlin

Julian Rachlin, that will performe even twice on our festival, had the honor of playing and conducting the opening concert in the newly renovated Heichal Hall in Tel Aviv, home of the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.

Czech dancer and choreographer Jiří Kylián (* 21 3rd, 1947, Prague), which is currently considered to be one of the greatest figures of the dance scene,took over Antonin Dvorak Prize for 2013.

Verdi´s Requiem to Sound in St. Vitus´ Cathedral - presale

The Dvořák Prague International Festival of Classical Music 2013 offers tickets to St. Vitus´ Cathedral in the context of Christmas booking.

The programme of the Festival concert held on 15 September 2013 will include Verdi´s Requiem.

Tickets for the concert in St Vitus´ Cathedral, one of the most demanded Festival concerts, will be available in the context of Christmas booking period since 6 December 2012. In addition to the granted price advantage, valid till 31 December 2012, the tickets will be packed in a gift case.

Verdi´s Requiem will be performed in St Vitus´ Cathedral on Sunday 15 September 2013 by the residential orchestra of the Festival, the Czech Philharmonic, under the baton of Fabio Luisi.

The Dvořák Prague International Festival of Classical Music 2013 will be held in the period 8 – 22 September 2013. Complete Festival programme will be announced in spring 2013.
